Sales Boost for a Winning Team

The team at Structural Concepts was spending a growing amount of time and effort each month to manually compile reports for their outside sales reps. This effort included exporting information from their ERP system, making edits and formatting changes, and sending via email to the correct recipients.

PEOPLEIT and Structural worked together to understand the specific needs of sales reps and their customers. Working through an iterative process the right solution was implemented efficiently, with feedback coming from sales reps throughout the process.

Results

  • With an intuitive and beautiful interface on top of modern, world-class cloud technologies, sales reps now have secure and easy access to the tools they need including real-time performance dashboards, industry reports, research, product training, and sales decks.

  • Eliminating the risks of manual data transfers and making the process more efficient was a key part of the project. Connecting the CRM data directly to the web portal with HubSpots API allowed sales reps to see their open orders in real-time with a more trusted data set.

  • An online portal was developed with unique real-time dashboards. This portal now provides a single source of information and communication with sales reps, including data export options whenever needed.

  • A specific ‘admin’ view was developed to allow leadership to more easily manage and visualize key information on annual sales targets, fiscal year calendars, and rep account information.
